MOZZARELLA BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients :
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 beef heart tomatoes
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 80 g parmesan cheese shavings
- Arugula leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper

1) Toast the bread slices in the oven or toaster. Add a drizzle of olive oil once they are golden brown.

2) Dice the tomatoes and mozzarella into small pieces and arrange them on the surface of the bruschetta. Drizzle again with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

3) Add a few aragula leaves, the parmesan shavings and serve.
