PARMESAN & ARUGULA PIZZA

Ingredients :
- 1 pizza dough
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 10-12 cherry tomatoes
- 80 g shaved or grated parmesan cheese
- Arugula leaves
- Salt & Pepper

1) Preheat the oven to 250°C.

2) Spread the tomato sauce with a small ladle, leaving 1.5 cm of free edge all around the dough. Add the diced (or sliced) and drained mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.

3) Place the pizza in the oven on a tray covered with baking paper.

4) Bake the pizza at 250°C for 5 to 10 minutes.

5) Remove the pizza from the oven and add the halved cherry tomatoes and parmesan cheese.

6) Bake for another 5 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown. As soon as it comes out of the oven, add a few arugula leaves and serve.
