Ingredients :
- 1 pizza dough
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- Basil leaves
- Salt & Pepper
1) Preheat the oven to 250°C.
2) Spread the tomato sauce with a small ladle, leaving 1.5 cm of free edge all around the dough. Add the diced (or sliced) and drained mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
3) Place the pizza in the oven on a tray covered with baking paper.
4) Bake the pizza at 250°C for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the dough is golden. As soon as it comes out of the oven add a few fresh basil leaves and serve.
